Summer 2022 International Training and Research Experience (IRTE) in Quantum Materials & Devices at NIMS, Tsukuba, Japan

This 10-week structured research experience will take place at the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) in Tsukuba, Japan. It is open to advanced undergraduates with prior research experience (e.g. REU), graduate students and postdocs with an interest in materials and devices for quantum information systems. Applications will be available in October 2021 with participant selections made by December 2021. We anticipate selecting a cohort of 6-8 students for this program.
